Returns

At Giftcarecustom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your stationery and creative supply purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original, unused condition
  • Be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Not be damaged, altered, or personalized
  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Include all original accessories and documentation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items that have been used or opened (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@giftcarecustom.cv or call +1 513-541-2200 to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the items securely and ship them to the provided address
  5. Include the return authorization number in your package
  6. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. We will process your return refund once the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to help us process your claim quickly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item was defective or we made an error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
